North Carolina Central University (NCCU), Department of Criminal Justice, announces the formal appointments of Dr. Michael Tucker and Dr.

Dr. Julian Muhammad has been appointed interim director of the Institute for Homeland Security and Emergency Management (IHSEM) in the Department of Criminal Justice at North Carolina Central University.
