The Robinson Science Building, completed in 1937 and listed in the National registry of Historic Places, was named in honor of William H. Robinson, professor of physics and a longtime chair of the Physics Department. It was renovated in 1970 and now houses the Josephine Dobbs Clement Early College High School.
